At check out a military type of employee threatened us as we did not make our check out on time (30 minutes late) on Sunday. "Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein Zimmer , in dessen Badezimmer der Abluft Ventilator so laut pfiff, dass trotz geschlossener Tür an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Einen Zimmertausch verneinte die Rezeption mit der Begründung das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Nach der dritten Reklamation war dann doch ein Upgrade möglich.
