Booked a room, but on advice I paid extra for a larger studio as my partner sits in a wheelchair. Indeed studio was larger, but the point was that bathroom was absolutely not accessable with the wheelchair. Had to wash my wife outside the bathroom.

No A/C, and the sun hits hard on the fully glassed window. Need to stay in the dark with the current drawns to make it bearable. Only a fan is provided, which makes too much noise to be able to listen to the volume controlled TV

Come far diventare negativo un albergo buono

Tralasciando il servizio che è quanto meno disattento in tutto il nostro viaggio tra Francia, Belgio e Olanda, c'è un aspetto particolare che riguarda questo albergo: la puzza dei cuscini che invade anche la stanza. Ci è capitato altre volte, non spesso fortunatamente ed infatti ci portiamo le nostre federe e le riempiamo con gli asciugamani, ma non è certo una soluzione da hotel 4 stelle. Forse i responsabili e gli operatori hanno problemi di olfatto e forse anche molti clienti, ma è una cosa inaccettabile. Dormire sulla puzza di chi ha dormito in precedenza è un'esperienza che lasciamo volentieri ai responsabili della gestione di questo albergo dove non torneremo e che sconsigliamo vivamente.

Décevant, une nuitée pas plus.

Bonjour, Nous avons réservé deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Le prix était de deux cent trois euros la nuitée. Personnel globalement avenant. Chambre avec prestations limitées, canapé complètement râpé, pas de miroir, pas de patères. Kitchenette avec quelques couverts, verres, assiettes sans aucune cohérence. Le lendemain, chambre semi-refaite, lit non fait, un jeu de serviettes pour deux personnes, etc. Petit-déjeuner minimaliste, arrivé à 8h30' plus rien à manger, plus d'œufs, plus de confiture, bacon archi cuit, etc. Prestations sincèrement décevantes. Payer un tel prix pour ce résultat nest pas admissible. Merci de nous laisser nous exprimer.

Vriendelijke receptie, kamer schoon en netjes. Het pand is wat verouderd en mag een like verf hebben maar de kamers zijn prima. Het restaurant is prijzig voor wat je krijgt en personeel daar maakt onderscheid tussen tafels met meer personen en tafels waar iemand alleen zit. Dame is niet heel vriendelijk.
