Very basic room that smelt of poo when we first walked in, so had to air the room for a couple of hours and add our own deodorant to get rid of the smell. Wouldn't say the staff were over friendly but acceptable. Asked for 2 extra pillows as the 2 already supplied were as flat as a pancake, we were given an extra one and a half pillows, work that one out! Mattress was lumpy too. Parking was an extra €15 Euros which should be free to guests as is on site and was half empty so not sure why paying guests shouldn't get this luxury for free?? It's a budget hotel which costs €138 for one night, so not really that budget! Worst of all though, no kettle or tea making facilities in the room at all. Would I stay here again? If I was desperate for a room and only if it was half the price and offered free parking.

Avoid this terrible hotel

Tv not working Bedside lights not working but a feeble night light under the bed 3rd single bed as a pull down bed in a wardrobe so no actual usable wardrobe- this was not disclosed when booking as otherwise would have gone elsewhere No bed side light available for pull down bed Only towels for 2 people but there were 3 of us Toilet brush stuck in holder with faeces stained toilet paper clearly seen in the top bristles of the brush Shower door handle fitted back to front so handle on outer side of shower door. Luckily I’m tall enough to reach the gap between the top of the door and the ceiling to open it. A shorter person would have been trapped. 1 very flat pillow for each person. Even a staff member said to me “this place is no good for anything but one night”, when I complained.

Sehr sehr klein…..also am besten nur zu zweit nutzen. Wir waren mit Kind und man konnte sich wirklich nicht mal drehen im Zimmer. Ansonsten war der Service sehr nett und hilfsbereit und auch die Dusche und Ausstattung neu.

Mi è piaciuto molto il personale e per essere un hotel di due stelle il servizio e le condizioni dell 'hotel. Migliorabile la pulizia (sopratutto delle salviette); colazione essenziale ma ottima. Vicino al centro, anche se non è raggiungibile a piedi. Nel complesso una buona struttura; ci tornerei.

Impec pour un hôtel que j’ai vu sortir de terre!

Une nuit à Knokke, seul problème, le bruit de certains clients jusqu’à 1h30 du matin sur la terrasse! J’ai constaté ce matin que la fenêtre de la chambre 209 ne se fermait pas!

dichtgeschroefd raam

Om 01:00 's nachts een andere kamer moeten vragen. De kamer was veel te warm en ondanks de airco op 20,5 graden stond (het laagst mogelijk) bleef de temperatuur hetzelfde (24gr). Het raam was echter dichtgeschroefd omdat de hendel ontbrak en kon dus zelfs niet op kiepstand gezet worden. De kamer was erg benauwd en moeilijk in te ademen. Een vriendelijke nachtwaker heeft ons een andere kamer gegeven waar om 02:00 een andere gast binnengevallen kwam omdat zijn badge ook op dezelfde kamer geprogrammeerd stond.' Morgens aan de receptie melding gemaakt van het probleem. Echter geen sprake van een mogelijke compensatie. Wat met de brandveiligheid?
