"Overall I enjoyed the sirayanne but it didn’t come without a few (small) issues. Starting with the positives:
very clean, room was great, comfortable beds. Most of the staff were lovely. Food was generally very good. Spa was amazing.
Negatives:
One staff in particular was rather rude for no reason (front desk). They don’t provide free water at all, and 2 bottles was 14 dollars. The same front desk staff did tell us to “treat the maids well” and we may get free water. We tipped quite...

"It was a clean place and a warm pool for the kids. Just really big in a sense of a lot of waking down different halls and stairs to get to your room. It is a great spot right near the square so easy to walk to(super helpful with kids). I would stay here again but since I stayed in a different one before this one, it’s hard not to compare. Breakfast is a buffet type and not on rooftop- another bummer. The rooftop is also another few hallways to get to. It’s little things like that we enjoyed at...

"The property has an excellent location in the medina, was very quiet, and was beautifully decorated and maintained. The staff was quite courteous and professional. Loved the rooftop patio for breakfasts and dinners. It had everything I needed and quickly felt like home away from home. The transport to and from the airport was easy and comfortable. They arranged for some amazing day-trips without the crowds. Will stay there anytime I am in Marrakech."
