This property was a huge disappointment. It advertised as a four star but was more like a two star hotel. The rooms were old and sad. Staff were rude and inattentive. The only plus is the location as it is walking distance to many interesting sites. We tried to minimize our time in the hotel.

Just your very very very average hotel. Pro - the A/C works greats, con there is no permanent shower head - it’s weird. Also just far from everything!

Aircon is really good like walking into a fridge when you get back, only issue we had is they don’t take card payment and never have any change when trying to buy drinks and food at the hotel. Wouldn’t order cocktails, advertised as alcoholic but we tried a couple and just tasted like lemonade

Dåliga rum

Hotellet rankas till 4 stjärniga , i verkligheten är det 2 stjärniga hotell. Jag skriver båda possessiva och negativa punkter . Placering är bra , simbassängen vet inget om (har inte använt simbassäng ) Negativa: 220 Volt ström i bad rum ! Mögel och smuts i badrummet! Ingen fläkt i badrummet! Ingen schampo eller duschkräm. ( man får små mängder i små flaskor ) däremot ser man enbart fästet på schampo och duschkräm behåller på vägen ! Fönster och dörren till balkongen var inte tätt vilket man sover inte i tystnad ! Vi bytte rum 3 gånger ! I stor sätt alla rum hade samma problem , första rum luktade hemskt!

Hôtel super bien placé, le personnel est adorable et vraiment gentil. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est calme si vous ne tombez pas sur un moment où des jeunes viennent mettre leur musique à fond ;) . Petit bémol : les murs sont très fins, on entend donc tout ! (Les personnes marchant dans le couloir la nuit, les conversations dans les chambres, les meubles qui bougent.) Malgré l'aspect commercial et adorable du personnel, certains services sont à revoir. Les serviettes de bain n'étaient généralement données que le soir (quand la femme de ménage venait nettoyer la chambre) par manque de serviettes. Donc, si vous vouliez vous doucher après le nettoyage de la chambre, ce n'était pas possible. (Il faudrait prévoir plus de serviettes, surtout en août.) La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée deux fois malgré la pancarte mise devant la porte. Nous mettions la climatisation, qui finissait éteinte quand nous revenions dans la chambre, donc pour des personnes ne supportant pas la climatisation et voulant aérer leur chambre, cela était compliqué. Les chambres sont assez vieilles, c'est vrai, mais elles sont très jolies et cosy, on s'y sent chez soi. L'hôtel n'est pas grand, ce qui est super sympa, c'est un peu comme une grande famille. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents (surtout les msemen de Tata ;) ). Quelques petits défauts, comme dans tout endroit, mais cela ne vous empêchera pas de passer de très bonnes vacances. Il se situe à 5 minutes, même pas, de la place Jamaa El Fna .

PARFAIT SUR TOUTE LA LIGNE...

Très bien situé dans les jardins de la Koutoubia, avec un parking sécurisé, un bel hôtel au calme. Accueil efficace et personnel souriant et très pro. Les chambres sont très confortables et reposantes et calmes. Un beau jardin agrémenté d'une magnifique piscine, avec option de restauration. Wi-Fi efficace.

MAGNIFIQUE

Bel hôtel situé dans la verdure, au calme, tout près de la Koutoubia. Accueil exceptionnel, Wi-Fi super efficace, grand parking sécurisé. Les chambres sont très confortables. Le tout est d'une grande propreté. Personnel souriant, et très pro. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et varié. Un vaste jardin joliment arboré possède une grande piscine bien entretenue.

PARFAIT POUR MARRAKECH

Bel établissement tout près de la place. Joli jardin avec une belle piscine, idéal pour se reposer ou se rafraîchir. Les chambres sont très confortables et reposantes. Les petits déjeuners sont variés et délicieux. Le personnel, très professionnel, est aux petits soins et d'une extrême gentillesse.

TOUJOURS AUSSI BIEN

Une belle et bonne adresse à Marrakech. Tout près de la place, et pour les amis motards, parking gratuit sécurisé. Piscine dans un joli jardin, les chambres sont très confortables et reposantes avec tout le nécessaire requis pour un séjour réussi et surtout calmes. Mention spéciale pour le personnel pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.
