"Nice views and comfortable beds"

"Only 2x lifts working, so getting in and out was an uncomfortable and long process. Window latch was broken so unable to close completely. Rubbish in the carpark lift corridors made the wait unbearable. No tv remote in bedroom, so unable to use tv. Balcony was dirty."
