"Clean hotel comfortable beds!"

"We had two rooms one was read at 2:00 and mine they said come back at 3:00 still was not ready not until 3:30 was I even show to an old part of the hotel with mildew shower and loud outside noise. I would not recommend them as there are much better hotels closer to the action down town."

"Charming, friendly, great service, clean great food excellent experience. Would highly recommend this fir a romantic getaway"

"This hotel was an unexpected absolute gem! In the heart of the city of Reims, it was equivalent to a 5 star boutique hotel that you would pay over $1000 a night in any major city. The rooms were modern, chic and extremely comfortable for 2 people. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice Best Western because the Best Westerns in the USA are definitely not this nice at all!!!"

"sehr gutes Frühstück,warme Croissants, Baguette hell/dunkel, also für jeden was dabei? hilfsbereites Personal, ab und wann wird mal"

"One word…Idealic, an absolute gem in the Champagne region & the food is exquisite."

"El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, a unos 100 metros de la famosa avenida Champagne donde se encuentra una parte de las casas de champán. Habitaciones limpias, donde cambian las toallas diariamente. Excelente personal Si tiene algo negativo es el precio del desayuno, 40 euros por persona 😫. La visita fue estupenda"

"Awesome rooms, staff and roof terrace bar"

"お料理やワインは素晴らしくとても美味しかったです。 レストランスタッフの対応が残念でした。"
