"When you walk out the door it is like walking into a building site.
The noise from the new hotel being constructed definitely would deter me from booking.

"The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard. On our arrival we were met by Vladimir who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Our room was immaculate with clean towels twice a day, Marlon needs a special mention as he always left a different artwork with towels on our daily return. The Quaterdeck bar is great, a special mention must go to Reuben and Ritika who were so attentive and always so welcoming, loveliest people. "This hotel was really nice.
It was clean all around & had a lovely atmosphere.
The staff were nice and helpful.
Breakfast was nice with a wide variety.
The adults only pool area on the roof was a pleasant surprise and was so nice.
The only downsides for me were that the mini fridge in our room did not keep our items cold enough. And breakfast is stated to end at 11am, but we were asked to leave by 10.15-10.30 so they could prepare for lunchtime.

"Great hotel. Loved the adults only rooftop pool. Much quieter than the pools downstairs. Only downside is the bar is open 11-5 but advertised in the elevators as 10:30-6."

"I booked a higher room category due to mobility limitations and the need for more space. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, with only about 20 cm between the bed and desk/wardrobe, making it hard to move or handle luggage. It was also directly on the street and noisy. I raised this at checkout, but no solution or explanation was offered."
