"Someone told me it had been renovated 18 months ago but I find that hard to believe. The decor or rooms are by no means luxury as described on the site I booked it. The room absolutely stank when we arrived I later likened it to tne smell of the indoor pool. Thw towels in the room are of poor quality and overall I would not stay here again
It was all inclusive but don’t be fooled, the cocktails have little to no alcohol, the hot drinks are barely warm so ask for extra hot when getting a coffee...

"Lovely hotel. Very comfortable rooms, great amenities (the main outdoor pool was large enough to have a proper swim in), and good choice of onsite food options. The staff was wonderful - super helpful. "

"A comfortable 3 star experiance. 4 star experience - no.
Check-in was underwhelming. We arrived early and nobody offered help with luggage or directed us to storage. We were also given two different hotel info sheets with conflicting bar/café times. Guest services said they’d clarify and get back to us — 5 days later, we’re still waiting. Most useful information actually came from other guests.
Very little was explained about what was included in “all inclusive”, and not everything is. Guests...
