They were kind and helpful I plan to come back, that’s how much I enjoyed my stay. I was only in lake Charles because my daughter played in the Nationals for basketball. "It was pleasant the only bad thing was that we stayed on the first floor and we can hear lots of noise from the second floor, the house keeping cleaning the rooms. But I would stay there again excellent location and staff were excellent! Enjoyed our stay!"

"Valet was fast and easy. Great location. Also, I accidently left an item behind that I was worried I wouldn't get back. Housekeeping turned it in and they quickly shipped it back to me! Everyone there from management to front desk to valet to housekeeping were exceptional! I highly recommend this Marriott hotel if you are in the New Orleans area!! "

"The room was cleaned only once in our 4 days stay. Garbage was not taken out. Our blanket had holes in it. Breakfast was ok. Same food for 4 days. Staff was nice. "
