"Rooms were clean and well appointed. Bathroom was big designed for mobility issues - apparently all of our floor was so designed. Great! Bed was comfy as was the sofa bed. Breakfast buffet was pricey but on par with other London prices for a large breakfast. Coffee was good and plentiful. Had dinner at the bar one night and it was fine - not great but fine. "As fabulous as ever! Courteous staff, excellent room amenities and a well-stocked club room! Great proximity to departure hall, literally a 4 minute walk. This has been my choice for many years, whenever flying from Heathrow, irrespective of which terminal I fly from! "

The quality of the food was average, and the menu was heavily focused on Asian-style cuisine, which may not suit all tastes. Additionally, the aroma of Asian food was quite noticeable throughout the lower floors of the hotel. The hotel downstairs in the restaurant needs some attention and was of poor standards."
