"The hotel is right next to tower bridge. The staff is always available if you have any questions. The rooms could use a bit of an update but otherwise clean and spacious"

"Our room was nice, customer service was excellent. Location is walking distance to Big Ben and some other historical areas. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. "

"We have stayed here before which is why we returned. The rooms are comfortable (especially the beds / pillows). Our room was at the back of the hotel where there was building work going on outside. It was rather hot so we needed to open the windows and the noise in the morning did disturb us. We asked if we could move rooms and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We moved to another room which was cooler and less noisy. The bar and food is nice enough. Large open space. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I’m gluten intolerant and the breakfast manager took me around to check what was suitable for me. I couldn’t fault our overall experience. The location is perfect for getting around London with the tube station about 50m from the front of the hotel (not that we used it much) except to and from Victoria coach station. "

"Property was excellent for my needs. Booked an addfitional two rooms on the weekend for my family and had a great meal at the restaurant as well as super drinks in the bar. Only minor comment was no sports channels on the TV."
