"I stayed one night at Tri Century Mill Suites in mid March. My room was spacious, clean and absolutly gorgeous. There were massive windows looking out over the river which runs around the property. I didn't need the kitchenette, but if I did it was very well equipped. This room had a bedroom separate from the living space, also with a huge window and a deep sill. "Rooms were very clean and the beds were well maintained. The mini-fridge and microwave in each room were nice and useful. AC/heater was easy to figure out. Owners were lovely and helpful during check-in. It's just outside of Perth, so there's only fast food nearby unless you head into town. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!"
