"Beautiful modern hotel in a renovated Mill beside the Mississippi River. Very clean and well appointed rooms with a well stocked kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. In a very good location near walking trails, river park and downtown restaurants. We will return."

"The staff was very welcoming and took the time to wish us a happy anniversary, it was very appreciated. Thank you!"

"We were met by a friendly person at the reception who was aware of our needs and ensured that they were met. Lots of free parking. Close to the Canadian tire centre, outlet stores and a short drive to many restaurants on Terry Fox. The place was clean and it was quiet. We only stayed for one evening . Close to major highways."

"The property/room were spotless and well appointed. The location of the B&B was also ideal in that it was secluded yet not that far from Perth and ideal if you are shopping or attending a show. We were surprised at how lovely and spacious our room was. The owners were very attentive and the breakfast was superb. This was also a great place to purchase their own maple syrup!"

"Great location in Kanata. Spacious room. Quiet. Great stay."

"I’m not one to give a bad review but I have to. Very disappointing experience. The hotel was old, dirty, and generally poorly maintained. The entire place looked unkempt and clearly needed proper cleaning, renovation, and upkeep. Breakfast was listed as one of the hotel's amenities, but there was no breakfast provided, which was misleading and frustrating. To make matters worse, the room key fob wasn't working, so we had to rely on staff to open the door for us every single time we needed...

"Clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, wonderful staff, excellent location. Shower water pressure was rather weak, but otherwise a great stay."

"Staff were pleasant. There was easy check in and out times. Ample parking spots around the place. Great location as it's within walking distance to food. There's lots of potential for this space especially the back area and around to have walking distance or getting close to the water. Stairs are carpeted therefore slightly dirty. Breakfast options were good."

"Had a great trip, thanks"
