"Sadly my stay at the property was cut short by Sihanoukville going into lock down. Extremely professional staff and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a an excellent hotel by the beach once the danger has passed."

"the room we got was not worth the extra money. TV is not close to the bed and the couch was uncomfortable. it was not terrible and we enjoyed the beach and bar, just not worth the money i paid for the upgrade"

"The resort is located in a nice and quiet part of the town with a nice stretch of beach. We got a free upgrade to a very nice room. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Very friendly staff all around providing excellent service whenever needed. The breakfast has a great selection of Khmer as well as western food. The beach is combed to remove washed up rubbish. The property is slightly dated but I highly recommend this place."

"Sok Sabay is a beautiful oasis but outside the confines is garbage and skeletons of buildings that were started then abandoned before finished. The restaurant in the resort was a real surprise with Khmer and French influences. Staff can’t do enough for you. The resort could use some maintenance but for money it’s a bargain and if I ever returned to Cambodia I’d stays again on way to islands. The Otres beaches are within walking distance. "The pool and the grounds of the hotel are nice but that’s about it. The rooms are very outdated and the inside feels more like a cheap motel. The staff are not helpful and very difficult to communicate with. The location is basically in the middle of a construction site. You can definitely find a better place for the money. "

"Nice enough hotel located in the worlds biggest building site, highlight of my stay here was just trying to get in the place my two options were wading through muddy water or climbing over mountain's of rubble and rotting garbage, nice pool friendly no open bar or restaurant though. Room was clean and comfortable could have done with a lick of paint though but the whole place will probably be demolished soon anyway to make way for another bloody Chinese casino. Cannot say I enjoyed my stay in...
