I booked a room alongside the swimming pool. Lovely position but no graded step access to the pool. I was fine accessing the pool, and used the pool steps to get out. The staff were delightful and do step up to support the guests. Within the restaurant/dining area there needs to be more attention paid to picking up small items of litter and 'sweeping' the sand carpet. The environment could look so very much better. The residence is in an area outside Sihanoukville which is a relief, as the entire town is a 'hard hat' area, and currently under a wrecking exercise, the land having been sold to the Chinese. The Ren is sufficiently far away for you as a guest to relax at the Ren but there is nothing else of note to see.
Bra hotell med fin pool och strand, men tycker man kan ta betalt utan att förvarna gästen att renoveringen pågår runt omkring området, vilket förstörde mycket hela upplevelsen att bara sitta vid stranden.
Hotel and staff were very nice.
Room was clean and spacious.
However, they should have a larger sign at front of hotel (we came in through the back as we missed the sign) and they should note that the beach is currently demolished.
The resort is run down and not maintained very well. Things are falling apart and the balcony furniture was chipped and knocked off in places. There's also a new casino hotel right next to Ren Resort that dwarfed the resort substantially. The first room they showed us was smelly due to the cooking smells from the casino hotel kitchen :(
Very good hotel, beach and service
The bar, restaurant on the beach is fantastic, everyone try to do his best, special thank to Rich!!!
Of course Sihanoukvillle and the roads are under construction it will take some time but when finished it will be convenient for everyone...
Anyway you can spend a week in this hotel enjoying his restaurant, Captain Mike restaurant not far away and the islands in front..
