"The overall experience was great. The staff is friendly and responsive. I particularly liked the food served at Aqua, which is why I was disappointed at the food quality from Carnivorous. The food was served luke warm at best and the meats did not meet the standards one would expect from a reservations only establishment. Maybe you should take a cue from the food consumption and wastage on a night by night basis at Carnivorous."

"This was an amazing boutique property with pleasant and very helpful staff. With all that said, the only negative is the immediate area/neighborhood outside of the gate. The management should spend more to enhance the standard of the area and help the people living in that area. This would make it more inviting for guests like us who wanted to go fora walk the area."

"We had a wonderful stay at riu jambo. The staff are so friendly and courteous you are always greeted no matter when or where and asked how you are. The room was also a 10/10 large bathroom very clean we were just unlucky that a construction site made noise directly at our place but nevertheless the positive aspects outweigh the negative ones. The best two activities for us were "all around africa" and "karaoke night". The hotel grounds are very, very large and very nice, the food is also great...

"The grounds are well kept and beautiful. We had a suite beach view with pavillon, which is a bit of a mis-conception because in front of your pavillon is an area of sand then the large swimming pool and then the beach and sea which you cannot actually see! The suite itself was lovely. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was our 29th wedding celebration and unfortunately on the night my husband was ill and I had to go to dinner on my own. "I don’t think I can rave about this place enough. The staff there are eager to please and literally wait on you hand and food. The free breakfast had so many options you will not be hungry until dinner lol. The massages were so amazing I felt so relaxed afterwards. And the best part about the property is the views. The views from our ocean front room was breathtaking. That same view stretches across the whole front of the hotel. Sitting by the one of the pools and enjoying the ocean view as well...
