"Un accès difficile aux chambres quand on a des difficultés physique. Le "monte charge" était défectueux... Incompréhensible Pas de télé sans la chambre. 65 euros pour un plateau repas qu'il faut commander 48h en avance. Pas de restaurant a proximité. Prise de chambre jusqu'à 18h00 pour avoir qq de physiquement présent. Un cadeau que j'ai fais a mes beaux parents mais déçu au global au regard du prix. Pour finir sur une note positive, l'accueil est bien, les chambres sont neuves mais...

"Chambre propre,literie confortable. belle salle de bain( prévoir shampoings car il y a que du gel douche). Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner copieux. Parking sécurisé. Grande piscine, eau trouble par manque de filtration. Espace piscine agréable avec de nombreux bain de soleil .Nous avons dîner au restaurant " zèlie " de l'hôtel, très bon. Adresse a retenir"

"Parkplätze stehen direkt am Hotel kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist ausgiebig und der Raum sehr schön gestaltet. Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Bett sehr bequem."

"We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the 3rd floor corner unit we got, with a nice view and a lot if light. It is located in an up and coming area, a revitalized industrial area wigh many nice buildings snd more to cone. The apartment was new and laked decor. We enjoyed our stay and would book again "

"We have no idea how this hotel is ranked four stars. We were expecting something much nicer and ended up disappointed. Something is off with the rating system. The pool/spa was nice and I’ll give it four stars but the rooms and rest of the hotel deserves three stars."

"This is an excellent hotel from which to explore Chambery. The "cabine" we stayed in was very comfortable and clean, and the hotel is just steps from the central town. The staff are friendly and helpful. We spent one night during a canicule (heat wave) and were extremely comfortable in our room. We would happily stay there again if we return to Chambery. The only caveat we have is that the toilet is on the ground floor and the bedroom and bath are upstairs."
