Very shocking that the gas flame in the kitchen is always on full blast, even when not being used - health hazard as well eco hazard. Over worked and exhausted staff, they aim to please but mostly don't seem to comprehend much - I think the managment of this hotel is over working the staff, with 12 hr shifts to save money, pretty pathetic. Frankly, I would not stay here again if I had a choice."
