"We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Taj Ganges, Varanasi. From the moment we arrived, the warmth, hospitality, and genuine care of the staff made our visit truly memorable. A special mention goes to Prachi from the Front Office, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We would also like to recognize Abhishek, who assisted us with our luggage. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive. His warm and willing attitude made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived."

"It’s an old palace which they are trying to maintain. The best part is the location, on the banks of the holy Ganges. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the steps to walk down to the river as it was all under water. The room was small and was not worth the price. But the people and the services rendered were amazing. Food was good and nothing special. What makes it worth is the services of the staff."
