"When we first checked in to the hotel (rooms 333 and 334), the rooms were clearly not dusted in a while (could see visible dust on the nightstands, lamps, water bottles, rods in bathroom etc.). The sofa had large spots and were dirty. The WiFi was spotty too (general property had 30+MBps while the room had a weak ~1MBps had frequent connection drops). "We stayed in this hotel for one night and was glad it wasn’t more. The rooms on first inspection aren’t exactly what you expect. It’s probably what the hotel looked like A decade or 2 ago. "What an experience in this historic hotel! While we were only there for one night, on the way out of Mumbai, it was an amazing opportunity to enjoy the history and design of this hotel. We had a very informative tour of the hotel with Nelson, who gave us a unique, first-hand, insight into the heritage. The room was well appointed and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
