"I hav unpleasant experience abt this hotel. Pros : decoration looks nice, clean, well equipped, front is helpful. Cons : I stayed at room 105 1. After check-in, electronics in the room was not working. I called house keeping, she said impolitely did I open any door. I said no, her voice sound frustrated and said I should check if door is open and wait 5 min till she comes down. I've waited 30 min but no one showed up so I asked front desk to help and wait for another 30 min before problem...

"Great stay in Melbourne. Always enjoy staying at Meriton suites as a frequent business traveller. I've stayed at other sites within the group, but first time in Melbourne. Check-in was a little slow, but I think she was a trainee. The room was amazing and well appointed. Can't fault it.👍 On their listing there doesn't appear to be any mention of no housekeeping, nor was it mentioned during check-in, just hand-written on my guest registration form. Need to have more transparency around this,...
