"nous ne pouvons pas donner l explication de notre sejour, car lorsque nous sommes arrivés devant l hotel, impossible d y entrer en travaux,les travaux devaient etre terminés le 1er septembre, donc a 18h nous étions a la rue,l office du tourisme nous a aidé pour trouver 1 hotel qui ai des places libreset restaurant; donc frais supplementaires "

"Tout simplement horrible. Canalisation douche boucher, décoration comme (film annabel) en plus prix trop chère. "

"1. Cama de matrimonio incómoda (era un sofá cama con un colchón de menos de 7 cms…) 2. Los adultos (matrimonio) tuvimos q dormir separados en camas individuales. 3. Algunos vasos de cristal apestaban y algunas tazas sucias. 4. Toda la infornación q habia en la habitacion estaba unicamente en Francés. ¿Porque? Sabiendo q alojan personas de cualquier rincón del mundo… Por lo demás; bien"

"Very charming hotel in the middle of the cosy village of Prats. Staff was super friendly, always extremely helpful, rooms clean and charming. The breakfast was excellent and made by request. Recommend also having dinner in the restaurant in the evening, excellent price-quality and great chef. Would definitely stay again. "
