Excellent stop off hotel for the Spanish / French border crossing, access from the motorway takes seconds, shops around the area are duty free, so stocking up on cigarettes or booze is easy, hotel itself is spotless, excellent staff, good breakfast, would have no hesitation in returning, actually started & ended our Euro trip with a night here.

We have been booking this hotel for the past 10 years and have always been very impressed with the staff efficiency and cleanliness of the place. In order to improve further they might want to offer the use of a kettle.

All bases covered

Broke our journey from the UK to Spain to rest overnight. Underground secure parking available, so no need to unload the car. A restaurant and supermarket nearby, so we could stock up with supplies and eat without having to drive around looking for restaurants. Also provided a voucher for money off fuel at their petrol station behind the hotel, fuel already much cheaper than on the Autoroute. Positioned a couple of minutes off the AP7 Receptionist very helpful, room spacious and comfortable

Good for a stopover

Extremely clean and convenient. Very friendly staff. Room was larger than expected, but basic. It felt like it was either newly constructed or newly renovated as all furnishings were in great condition. No soundproofing at all, however, which was maybe the only thing I didn't like. I had tried to use the AC to block out the noise from the hallway, but it only blew hot air (even when set at the lowest temperature of 10°C). I didn't try the breakfast as it was a buffet, which is never a great deal for a female traveler. All that being said, I would recommend this as a stopover if you're driving on a longer trip as it's great quality for a reasonable price, and close to the large shopping center.

Great overnight stopover.

Nice hotel just over the boarder into Spain. google maps struggled to get us to the hotel due to many industrial type roads, some that were blocked by bollards & a fairly busy area. That said hotel was great friendly check in, plenty of free onsite parking. Didn’t have a kettle in the room, but reception gave us some hot water. We used the hotel for an overnight stop on rout, would stay again, had many shops around the area.

We look this place. It may be a 3 star, but cleanliness, staff and property it is higher. The new half board deal is amazing! The meal was great and we already know that the breakfast is tasty!

Lovely and clean, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Really good choice of things for breakfast and lovely staff. Great for a stopover and shopping. Not a huge choice of top end restaurants though, now Artifas has closed.

Everything was great. The only problem was that the Expedia booking didn't go through although I did get a confirmation, from Expedia. Fortunately they still had a room available so we got in. It cost me an extra thirty euros though but I was too tired to make an issue out of it, especially as it was Expedia fault according to the receptionist.

Very nice property with the good value for money for a short stay. However, when I booked room for myself, I kindly asked the peaceful room, but when I arrived, I had to pay a surcharge, which was not nice. The hotel receptionist told me that the rooms on the peaceful side of the hotel are only double, but the rooms are the same on both sides and can be sold either for single use or for double use. Anyway, this extra surcharge for peaceful side of the hotel should be clearly communicated to guests either during the reservation process or prior to arrival.
