"The location is good for us. The breakfast selection was terrible honestly, we feel they could have done muchhh better. The shower heads need to be yanked out & replaced. In this modern time it ridiculous how nasty, dilapidated & broken the shower heads are, the room we were in when we checked in had water leaking out the shower and looked moldy because of the leak. The pool is nice, a couple of days they ran out of towels so we had to walk up to our room dripping wet. The lobby needs sprucing...

"Excellent Business Stay with Personalized Service
This was my second stay at the Pegasus Hotel in Georgetown, Guyana for business, and once again, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is well-located near the waterfront and offers a clean, modern environment with excellent amenities.
My room was exceptional—spacious, quiet, and well-appointed—making it easy to both relax and work. I was even able to host small business meetings in the room comfortably.

"The restaurant service was poor, the staff was not friendly and welcoming. It took 2 hours before we could be served coffee and waited another half hour for breakfast to be served, only to be served the wrong items for one of the guests.
The bill was prepared and missed one of the guest on the bill.
The hotel did not have water coming through the taps for half a day. Had to request the hotel provide bottle water to the room. There was no announcement made to the guests.

"With the exception of the loud music coming from multiple day visitors the property was well maintained over the years… last visited 20 years ago. The staff were friendly and very helpful, food and ambience was top shelf compared to the other resorts and hotels in Georgetown. Add this to your list when visiting Guyana.
