We had to make arrangements for another hotel and lost our entire payment at this property. We emailed with our concerns to the property and Expedia and got no response from either. A big ripoff."

"The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect. Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater. Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings. Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living. "

Il manquait les peignoirs et chaussures qu’on a réclamé à l’accueil. elle nous sort vous n’êtes pas en chambre deluxe, du genre pas des gens comme nous, alors qu’on réserve toujours en deluxe bref elle nous a ramené les peignoirs longtemps après. Les chaussures il n’y en avait plus. 4 eme fois dans cet hôtel, nous ne sommes pas sur de revenir une 5 eme fois."
