"Location all part of the experience. Ie positive."

"The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Even though the room was on the small side, everything was clean and fresh. The shower was great too."

"The hotel is very nice and modern and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is an odd smell in the room that was also at another cocoon hotel that we stayed at as well almost like something coming from the drains. But overall, it’s a very safe clean new hotel"

"The hotel is just across the central station so it’s very convenient for traveling around and for food. The breakfast is nice. Most of all we are very impressed by the receptionist, Hang Tran. He is so nice to welcome and take care of guests. We had good impressions of him from our stay last October. That’s why we chose to stay here again this time."

"nice hotel, great location just right next to train station."
