"I booked this stay for mum and my great aunt both over 80. Every Member of staff was exceptionally polite and helpful and made this short break very enjoyable for both of them they were made to feel exceptionally special.. The hotel left a card in my great aunts room wishing her a happy 80th birthday which made her day. On Behalf of myself, My mum Margaret Evans and my great aunt Mary Thompkins we can't thank you all enough. We would all highly recommend this hotel and the excellent service...

"A true home away from home! A super comfortable, clean and interesting hotel, our hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Their love and knowledge of the local area was inspiring and supported by a fantastic art and photography display throughout the hotel. Great location to explore both locally and surrounds. "Beautiful place, with excellent staff. We were unluckily because they celebrate weddings and we arrive with a wedding on-going. The music was fine (not too loud) the guest were fine, normal noise for a wedding. The kids fron the wedding were under our window, playing shouting and screaming (normal for kids) but it was very late night and very early morninig so we did not have too much rest. We will come back but we will make sure is not a wedding day."
