"Good clean room, easy check-in, friendly staff, lots of parking. Only not 5 stars as the rooms do not have air conditioning and it was a heat wave when we stayed (should be noted that the hotel did not claim to have air-conditioning, we just weren't expecting the heatwave in May)"

"A nice room with welcome air conditioning and a comfortable bed, but overall the experience was disappointing given the expectations of the price point and Mercure brand: only paper cups provided in lieu of glasses; dreadful coffee in the room with only powdered milk that was well past its due date; and paying extra for a sea view is not worth the money as all one can see is a derelict outdoor swimming pool. Bike parking was fine."

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Ideal location in a quiet area very close to the train station yet only a short walk away from the shops and restaurants. We would happily stay here again."

"This is ideal for a stopover coming off the ferry. We had a family room. The kids beds were upstairs (pretty steep stairs) but it had a gate at the top for safety. The room is small but has everything you need to sleep for one night. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good and made the morning very easy. The hotel is conveniently situated near major roads and next door to an Aldi."

"Beau château mais les chambres d hôtes ne sont pas dans le château et pas visitable . Les équipements sont vieillots surtout le carrelage qui est cassé ( risque d accidents adultes ou/et enfants ) la nuit jardin pas du tout éclairé , petit déjeuner basic ! "

"Not within walking distance of Dieppe. Apartment was nice but there were a few issues noted: WiFi did not work and only intermittent network access without this. Sliding door on bathroom does not close. No blind on kitchen window. Would have preferred to have more than one pillow."

"Hotel un peu vieillot. Les chambres petites et surtout aucune prise sur les tables de chevet. Il y a une prise sous la glace en entrant. C’est très pratique pour la femme de ménage mais pas pour le client et une autre dans le vestiaire."

"Accueil très limite avec une erreur dans la chambre attribuée. On nous reloge dans une chambre bruyante au rez-de-chaussée au pied du parking, de l'entrée et de la terrasse en nous assurant qu'elle serait calme. Résultat du bruit jusqu'à 23 h 00 et à partir de 7 h 30 un dimanche matin le tout pour 198 € la nuit ! Le matin je retrouve mon véhicule vandalisé, fenêtre d'une portière fracturée, sur le parking de l'hôtel sans caméra ni fermeture du portail. Hotel à vraiment déconseiller !"

"Mobile home très calme entre l'étang et la rivière, la vue était très agréable. Piscine agréable le matin, un peu agitée l'après-midi... La mer est accessible à pied heureusement."
