Spacious apartment in a great location

Once we were able to get in, we had a really nice stay. Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, good kitchen and living room. WiFi was fine. Good location

Enkel standard för en övernattning

Enkel lägenhet med två rum, vardagsrum med soffa och bord, samt matplats för fyra, litet kök och badrum med badkar. Lägenheten ligger nära hamn, strand och restauranger. Incheckningen var enkel, med ett SMS med kod till port och dörr. Lakan och handdukar består av ett hopplock av olika saker och underlakan saknades i en säng. Städningen var under förväntan och överlag kändes lägenhet lite mindre fräsch. För en övernattning inför vidare resa funkade den, men skulle inte stanna längre.

Positiv an der Ferienwohnung war sicherlich die Lage. Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selber war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber nicht sonderlich gepflegt. Alles war ziemlich abgewohnt. Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer, man hätte also theoretisch zu viert dort wohnen können. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war schwierig, da wir zwar Google Translate benutzten, seitens der Vermietung aber ausschließlich Französisch gesprochen und getextet wurde. Vielleicht sollte man seine Objekte nur im französischsprachigen Raum anbieten, wenn so wenig Bereitschaft zur Kommunikation in anderen Sprachen besteht. Im Hausflur standen während unserer einwöchigen Anwesenheit mehrere Taschen mit benutzter Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, die nicht besonders einladen aussahen oder rochen. Der Check-In, der über die zugesandte E-Mail nicht funktionierte, führte dazu, dass ich mehrere E-Mails in drei Sprachen (mittels Google Translate) an die Vermietung schickte, die jedoch nicht beantwortet wurden. Vor Ort kamen wir dann nicht in die FeWo, da uns die Zugangscodes fehlten. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar, auf E-Mail und SMS wurde auch erst nach ca. einer Stunde reagiert. Währenddessen saßen wir im Auto auf einem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz und überlegten, ob wir wohl so kurzfristig noch ein Hotel bekämen. Fazit: Die Wohnung war sehr günstig und durchaus zentral, aber das sind auch schon die wesentlichen positiven Punkte.
