"Good facilities and very friendly host but not as clean as it could be inside with dirty soap tray in shower and cobwebs and bugs in bathroom. Front door area was a bit cluttered and common entrance had some odour from being a utility room. "

"Do not recommend. The room was ridiculously tiny — and I’m 5’0” and 115 lbs. It felt more like a jail than a hotel room. The place was stuffy, had no A/C, and there was no actual staff available to help, just some useless robot chat on WhatsApp.
When my travel plans unexpectedly changed, they refused to work with me to simply adjust the dates of my stay because they clearly just didn’t want to. Customer service was awful, and the place wasn’t even clean to begin with.

"We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London."

"Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again.
Despite the check in issues the apartment was clean, spacious, stocked with everything...
