"This hotel needs seperate parking for its guests. As it is, parking is shared with resturants, stores, and apartments! Our room, 427, top floor, suffered from what sounded like utility equipment on the roof; a deep, throbbing rumble, not unlike a diesel locomotive idling. The floor need a good cleaning, my bare feet bottoms were black entering the shower. The long tray shower was extremely slippery, a rubber mat was needed, I used a towel to avoid falling. "We stayed at the Omni for 4 nights and I have to say that this was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again."

"My husband's martini was terrific served in a pretty glass. The bar was real nice and they split our shared late evening meal in the kitchen so our burger was ready to eat without needing to cut it. We had a nice time and would return when we visit Frisco, TX."

"Very nice hotel with pleasant front desk staff!"

"When we arrived, we ask the man outside for valet to take our bags up. He said they didn’t do it and brought us a cart to load ourselves which was hard to steer. The breakfast was sparse and not open at 10:45 because they were setting up for lunch."

"The hotel was clean, the restaurant staff were very helpful, food was excellent and everything would have been perfect until the morning I checked out. The lady who assisted me was not pleasant, had difficulty making eye contact, and did not explain why I had to pay an extra $44 for parking. The only excuse I got was, “that’s what they charge”. I would have appreciated clarification and/or a more detailed explanation. I would highly suggest putting someone more pleasant in her position."
