"This was the worst place we have stayed in 7 weeks of travelling. Tiny room. Double bed against the wall. Bedhead freestanding & moves every time you roll over. Tiny bathroom. No room for cases. In house restaurant closed the 3 nights we stayed. Had to travel 10 kms to find an evening meal. Advertises that it’s 25kms from Bilbao, when it was more like 35km. Extremely noisy from any activity in the passage. Cleaning staff rolling their trolley up & down the passage from a very early hour. Best...

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were spacious and impeccable, and the staff was extremely helpful. They literally anticipated needs. We parked our car in the hotel garage and every time we needed it during our stay, there were fresh bottles of water in the car. There was also always new bottled water in the room, along with nightly chocolate surprises. We stayed over Fourth of July and found America themed cupcakes in our room."

"Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt angenehm und das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Leider gab es jedoch zwei Punkte, die den Eindruck etwas getrübt haben. Zum einen waren bei unserer Ankunft keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer. Außerdem hatten wir Frühstück gebucht und dies dem Personal mehrfach in der App gezeigt. Uns wurde jedes Mal gesagt, dass es geklärt werde und sich jemand bei uns melden würde – das ist jedoch nie passiert. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir zunächst problemlos zum Frühstück...

"We booked this place because we have a child and they said they had a swimming pool. This is only partly true. The pool is shared with a spa. And priority is given to those who book spa treatments. You have to book swimming time. This is not ideal whatsoever with a child. And in the summer. So beware of this. It is misleading."

"The staff is what I like best about this hotel. They are very friendly and are always ready to help. The design of the hotel is minimalist but very functional. Bathrooms are great and beds are comfortable. Conveniently located next to the old town with a beautiful view over the river. Definitely will stay here again!"

"The room we originally booked had a bad smell when we checked in and staff were kind enough to quickly find us a new room and give us a complimentary upgrade. After that, our stay was great. Our new room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the river. The location is convenient and walkable to the rest of the city. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great central location, parking garage was about 2 blocks away. We were there during a recent heatwave and the AC was much appreciated as it left the room chilly. The staff was very helpful as we had quite a few questions and requests. We ended up adding 2 additional nights to our original 4 night stay. Walking distance to the museum, restaurants, chopping, and the viejo part of town. Would stay here again."

"Das Hotel liegt günstig zur Innenstadt - fußläufig zu erreichen - Haltestellen von Metro, Tram und Bus nahe bei. Es bietet sich an, eine Barik-Card zu besorgen. Damit sind die Fahrten innerhalb und außerhalb von Bilbao sehr günstig. Das Hotel ist sehr modern gestaltet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Nur der Rezeptionsbereich ist viel zu kalt klimatisiert. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider gab es eine Leckage an der Dusche, die das Badezimmer vernässte. Das...
