"We had a king suite which was stunning and had everything we needed. The food was very high quality and tasty. Unfortunately though the resort started shutting down in our last few days. No draft beer available in the evening, only bottles. I asked for 5 different cocktails one day at the pool bar and each could not be made as they were missing a key ingredient. The night before there were no cocktails at the bar because they had no shaker?! A member of staff told us they would send someone to...

"Great place. Very quiet and calm."

"Staff were extremely pleasant and generally very helpful, although offers of help were sometimes not followed through on (actuallyreturning with a requested 2nd cup of coffee, blanket, etc). Important for travelers to recognize that this is a decidedly kid – friendly resort. "Excellent property. Great Cretan food"

"Hotel was located directly on the beach and has good facilities. The only improvement i could recommend is the staff interaction, especially for the Restaurant Managers at the buffet areas."

"Very happy with the service & staff at this hotel!"

"Great hotel with amazing amenities. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s walking distance from the city centre."

"The location was very good, Staff were friendly and helpful. I like the hot tub however if the pool with heated water will be much better"

Had a very good superior room, with balcony, on the top floor (4th) facing the old town with the sea in the distance. The room was fairly basic, but clean, with a good bed and bathroom. The swimming pool area was better than in the photos , and pleasant enough to spend time lounging around. The inclusive breakfast was very good, with a wide range of hot and cold options to choose...

"Das Essen war durchschnittlich. Gut aber kein Highlight."
