"Really lovely hotel. Very quiet and away from the noise & busyness of central Bangkok. The free shuttle worked out great & the greeters made it so easy to find them & get assistance. Very clear instructions were sent to me in advance, which was very helpful. That was a big bonus especially if you are new to the area. Reduces stress & confusion.
The hotel is attractive and clean. My room was comfortable. The decor is nice, staff all friendly and helpful. The first room I was in, the sink didn’t drain. They immediately moved me to another room. The remote on the TV didn’t work and within minutes staff was there to fix it so I could turn off the TV and get to sleep. I was very happy & impressed with their speedy attention and resolution.
I traveled with a small dog. They have a good pet relief area, which is unique and not common. They had water bowls in the room and even cat litter if you have a cat.
The breakfast buffet was one of the best. I had a wide range of food options. Everything very delicious. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend them!!"
