"The property was so comfortingly communicative in advance of our arrival, helping us understand how to find their free airport shuttle after all our long flights- this made us feel safe and welcome. We were also able to use the shuttle to get to and from the property when we went into downtown for the day. The front desk staff were helpful, and the person who works at their activity desk was very kind and knowledgeable."
