"I stayed for a week and will definitely be back! Easy check-in, all the amenities I needed. Grocery right across the street. I had easy access into downtown as well as not having to fight traffic to get out of town to the countryside. Staff were quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. No noise issues and felt very safe. "

Free parking was a huge plus — no downtown parking hassle — and it’s just a 10‑minute drive to the city. Grocery store right across the street made meals easy. "We enjoyed our stay in a bus. The location is beautiful located just next to a fjeld, and it just looked stunning. We slept 4 in the bus, and used the shared toilets and showers. It is an easy short car ride from Reykjavik, and we also did a daytrip through the golden circle from here. The campsite has cats and chicken, and we enjoyed their “visits”. We spend two nights, and would probably feel it was too small for more days, but for a short stay, it was very nice. And it truly is a unique...
