"We had super easy to follow instructions for checking in and how to work everything there and about the local shops. Great location for going on tours just 50 meters from tourist bus stop 12. Had to contact the people once online and had instant reply. Every thing you could need for a stay. Wonderful to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment"

There was NOTHING in the listing that said anything about being required to contact the property in advance for check in. A couple of days before check in I received an automated email saying that I was confirmed. "Clean space, and good distance to the city. However, for the high price paid, the lack of amenities (no secure luggage storage), broken fan (only windows were propped open) made the stay less than satisfactory and the hallways are as hot as a furnace. The neighbourhood is NOT quiet at night, there are lots of vehicles, people talking and laughing beyond midnight. Bathrooms are dim and the coffee machine is not stocked. There is little communication about how they can help you during your stay."

Intentionally they have only term of non-cancellation . Totally avoidable. Dont fall for view pictures as all are fake and nothing from room"
