"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a good hospitality tray. However, the hotel and room appeared very run down. The curtain rail was falling off, there was only cold water and minimal water in the shower. The only way of locking the door was by slamming it, demonstrated by the staff as we were unable to lock it with the key. I would not recommend staying here unless everything else is booked up!!"

"Wonderful stay right where we needed it. The staff were all so friendly and the room a great size and stocked with what you need. Parking is mainly residential but there are numerous car parks around. Great food in the pub also!"

"Really nice apartment in a good location, super clean, well equipped and great WiFi. Parking allocation is a bit of a faff along with first time entry, ideally they need to allow you to book parking along with the room. It's the fifth time I've stayed, so they are doing something right 👍"

"The hotel was fine, but just fine. We waited for 15 at check in as there was only person on the reception desk on New Years Eve. The lift didn't work, nor had it 6 months earlier when friends stayed there. And the WiFi didn't work on the 4th floor. That said the room was good sized, clean and comfortable."
