"Apartment concept was good 9/10 Cleanliness excellent 10/10 Management 2/10 T V didn’t work. I complained every day but to no avail. Light in bedroom didn’t work. Toilet seat was broken. Kitchen sink tap was broken. Shower had only 3 temperatures… cold, too hot and burning hot. What a shame… a nice apartment being ruined by apathy."

"Unfortunately there was no guide for arrival which led to an hours walk late at night trying to find reception. The room was fine, but again unfortunately, there were other occupants/residents who were very noisy for the most of the night, disregarding requests to be quiet."

"We have some good and not so good. The staff at the front desk, security, and location near Wembley was amazing. Now for the not so good. When renting a short term rental what I want most is a clean comfortable stay. It was cleaned but not well. I never felt the ick but there weren't plenty of little signs the cleaning was quick and lacked the thoroughness that you would get at a mid-tier hotel. The BEDS were where this place has so much room for improvement. Probably the most important part...
