"Michael was great as a host and had terrific communication. The unit is spacious and well laid out. The only issue was the couch. It looked great but was uncomfortable. The propertv is a block away from the entertainment district. Perfect place for a weekend get away. "

"The Cottage is a perfect choice if you want clean, quiet, and private accommodations that are walking distance to the Sudbury shops, to the meadows, and to public transportation. "Wow was blown away by this accommodation. Set next to a lovely park that our kids absolutely loved, we booked into the top 2 bed flat with amazing decor, compact kitchen that feels superbly spacious. From automatic gate, to coded entry, this apartment is what modern staycations are all about. Oh and did I highlight the amazing host who let us back in after checkout for the kids to use the bathroom before our long 5 hour drive? It is the small things really! The Mrs & I really loooved this place"

"Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area."

We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there.
