"I stayed in room 15, it was horrible. Bathroom didnt have an external vents or a fan. Massive gap at the bottom of the door, very poorly maintained room."

"The hotel was attached to a pub. The doors to the rooms have glass panels as the rooms are little out houses. Last night there was a kids disco so the kids were running around the rooms waking everyone until 1:30 in the morning and as the kids ran around the security lights came on lighting the room us as there are no curtains or blinds on the doors. There was an argument at 3 oclock so once again the lights came on. Some idiot kid tried to get into the room. Horrendous, never ever fo there."

"Decent apartment, aimed at long stay I’d guess. Comfy bed No toiletries, would have liked tea, coffee, milk, kitchen roll or something kitchen wise…and a dishwasher rather than a washing machine…but as I say fine for longer stay Also lounge sofa smelt bodyish Good communication though "

"Enjoyed our stay for our wedding night. The bed was made up with a golden heart & towel swans. A lovely touch. The staff were friendly & the breakfast was delicious. Would definately stay there again in future."

"Great location for trip"

"We upgraded as we were looking forward to a arelaving treat for me and my partner. The upgrade was supposedly their best room which was full of cobwebs in the lounge area the bedroom and the bathroom and their dust everywhere and even worse inside the wardrobe it was thick with dust unableto put clothes in their . The furniture was falling apart and pieces missing off bits of furniture also. After I booked i was told breakfast last call was 10.30 am . We turned up at 9.45 to be told breakfast...

"It’s a nice small inn for staying a couple of nights. The room must be recently renovated with a nice bathroom. The only surprise was that I booked with breakfast but the hotel only provided a simple breakfast ; coffee and toast. Otherwise you need to pay extra. I wish they stayed more information on their booking information regarding the breakfast options. To me it’s a little bit too cheap for them to operate their business in this way."

"The general cleanliness and condition of this hotel was poor. The floor of the room was sloping and was quite dissorientating when walking into the bathroom. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was stained and looked unclean. The wastebin looked very poor with a rusted lid. Bathroom floor not very clean and the grouting was missing from the corners of the bath. The paint was peeling of the inside of the windowsill. In the room, the kettle was grubby and had to be washed before use, the glasses...

"Can’t fault the staff. They were lovely and went out of their way however: No hot water in the morning Blocked drains TV didn’t work No sanitary bin Stains on the ceiling Uncomfortable bed Thin walls Incredibly noisy but ineffective flush This could just be bad luck and I give the benefit of the doubt here. As I say, staff were super helpful and I’m sure with some investment and effort it could be great."

"Affordable spa hotel, dated, poor food and standard level of amenities. For what you pay, you get a decent bed, breakfast, pool. It’s not the best but it does the job."
