"The room was spacious with nice view of Mayon volcano. The water pressure and hot water supply in bathroom area left something to be desired. Rooms in general could use updating. Breakfast buffet options were good but found a insect inside one of the juices. Staff were not as friendly as what I am used to. In general, it was a good place to stay though in this non tourist town."

"Pros: Lovely staff, very kind and poligt and would do anything to help. If you are visiting to do the whale tour, it’s the best location! Terrace is lovely, directly to the beach. Negatives: I found a long woman hair on my pillow as soon as I checked in. The frogs barking at night wouldn’t allow us to sleep. The door has a glass towards the hallway, and the hallway has the lights on = The room was full of light at night. The hotel pictures do not represent the reality of the hotel....

"The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. "The room was sufficient, but the bathroom definitely needed to be reworked. There is no hot running water. There is no real pressure for the shower. So I had to use the bucket and a kettle that was provided by the hotel to heat up my water so I wasn’t taking a cold bucket bath.
