Room was nice; staff service was excellent! They went over and beyond. Complimentary breakfast was great however itd be great if they refill food soon especially the salad (i like their salad!) We would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is in good location for almost everything. Older but functioning well. The hotel staff are the best, if need anything they will give it to you in no time. The breakfast is good. Overall my wife and I enjoy our stay for four nights. Thank you Sentro hotel and your hardworking staff.

everything was great from female security ,reception personnel Crisanta,the greetings,smiles made you feel welcome.the rooms(stayed in family room),were clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast made my whole family happy. It truly is a gem in the city of Legaspi. I am glad we stayed there.

Great stay – clean, comfortable, and well-located

The room was very good—clean, comfortable bedding, and spacious enough. A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs. Staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Excellent location near the best restaurants in Legazpi. The in-house restaurant was just okay, not a highlight. Would definitely stay again.

Literally in the Sentro of Legazpi

We were visiting from Los Angeles, CA My husband and I stayed initially for 2 days but we extended for 7 more days. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets were so white and clean. The free breakfast buffet was good. It’s so convenient to everything, walking distance to the mall Gaisano, Ayala and SM. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort and convenience.

Great location, near to everything you need - mall, restaurants, hospital, market etc. Value for its price. Friendly staff and overall good service. What I didn’t like is the electricity that went on and off for about 3-4 times a day. Also needs to improve on the cleanliness of room coz we had housekeeping on our 2nd day coz of ants but still there when we came back.

Their hotel definitely lived up to its name, Sentro. It is located in the most convenient part of Legaspi where the malls, markets and transportation are available. The hotel staff are so nice and warm. The inclusive breakfast buffet was also great; I just wish they added more chicken and fish dishes for non meat eaters like me. The hotel room was a bit tight; I was checked in where there was a structural column protruding at the foot of the bed so I asked to be transferred on my 2nd night. The hotel is a bit old so don't expect too much.

The hotel is old but on the inside it is well maintained. There was no cleaning or emptying of trash during a 2 day stay. There were many employees who are very friendly. The music at breakfast was too loud. The breakfast had limited options.

Breakfast was good! A handful of local dishes were very tasty. Room size was small but accomodating. Staff were friendly and polite with greeting us in the hallways and in the lobby. Sadly no view from our room, and dont be alarmed if the power goes out for a few seconds at night. Emergency generators kick in within the next second and power is usually back within the minute after. Overrall a good stay. Thank you Sentro.

A hidden gem, very clean albeit small spaces. They make up for it with the high pressure shower and hot water, something that is lacking in these smaller hotels. Breakfast is included, and the ala carte all day menu items are huge. Staff was absolutely friendly. Tricycle stand nearby to take you everywhere; I took one to the volcano. Massages can be arranged along with laundry service and even reserving local tours. The WiFi was above average, the TV cable below average. I recommend Hotel Sentro and would stay again.

Unpleasant Stay at Sentro

Internet was poor, unable to connect since check in to check out. Water heater doesnt work when needed. I have phoned several times to check but unsuccessful. Breakfast buffet doesnt have much options. No stirrer on coffee section. Staffs were friendly.
