"the hotel is at the enter of the city, accessible transportation. However, they don't go with the kind of room you booked. Room were not ready and have to negotiate till you agreed to upgrade. Likewise, front desk staff doesn't act immediately."

"I almost loved the place except that it did not give me a refund for an extra day I booked by mistake. They also did not say it with kindness but with an attitude! This is the first time I was not refunded. Sad. Second, the room is a bit cramped for three beds. They also did not offer free breakfast and 220 peso breakfast is expensive for a very small serving. Like a breakfast of daing na bangus was just 1/4 piece of the bangus. In other hotels they serve the whole bangus. I also ordered...

"I stay 3 days with breakfast and the food is not hot and the breakfast is mostly heavy,not like the traditional breakfast,there is no option of different kind of egg. The ground floor Mens toilet bowl is yellowish "
