"My room was only refreshed once during my 5 day stay. I had to go ask for new towels on wells twice. Restaurants not open all day. You must schedule your day around restaurant hours unless you want to pay for meals outside the resort. Staff not very accommodating and no onsite place to buy souvenirs or necessities. "

"Overall fabulous stay! Staff are so attentive and courteous, adults only rooftop is fab, the infinity pool downstairs is perfect for a morning swim - rooms are spacious and all rooms have a sea view. Breakfast was outstanding with the selection on offer - cannot wait to stay again "

"Room was nice and clean with plenty of room. AC units are dated and loud. But still managed a good nights rest. (FYI: all rooms i have stayed in at this location have the same AC units, and same noise issue). Staff is wonderful and really helpful."

"The Divi Southwinds is great in so many ways for the whole family. The rooms are spacious enough for four, and the kitchen is great. The balcony is a nice quiet space to relax. The amenities and activities, including Pure Ocean had something for everyone. The 24 gym and basketball court was a bonus. The access to The Gap and groceries were great as well.
