"We had a pleasant stay overall. The reception staff were great, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed sheets were fresh and well maintained.
However, we did notice some small bugs coming from the central air-conditioning and also a few in the toilet. This may have been related to the very hot weather, but it was still a little uncomfortable and would be worth checking.

"Unterkunft war okay. Auf dem Zimmer waren Ameisen und die Terrasse war zwar privat, aber nicht mit der Wohnung verbunden. Dies konnte aus der Beschreibung nicht herausgelesen werden. Zudem funktionierte die Klimaanlage ab dem 2. Tag nicht mehr"

"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...
