"It really was a wonderful experience. A typical hotel can not compete with this concept. It is a 40-60 minute drive from the airport depending on traffic. The welcome and send off were especially pleasant, cordial and heartfelt. Knowing how deceptive photos can be, I thought the privat pool might be a bit small and was prepared to use the main one. "Rooms are 1* quality, totally overdated, broken doors, no heating, windows not closing. Needs fully to be refurbished. Breakfast very poor quality, staff not present. Very loud music till 2am in the bar. Outside bar and pool are the only photos that show how it is, other photos don't reflect how it is really. Good there was a Black Angus aside where you could have a good diner. "

"The location of this hotel is great and so is the food and service. The rooms/suites are very spacious and were recently renovated nicely. The 3 pools are a good size for our kids and the lifeguards in site are very vigilant. Our kids also like the kid club and the activities they do. The gym is pretty big and never busy. Breakfast has a good selection and is worth including. Also, the restaurants at this hotel offer good food options and have a nice vibe. "

"They will ask you to give more money than what you booked your hotel for, if it is holiday season. They do not have parking, spa, gym or a pool. Their rooms look much worse than they are in the pictures. The hotel is located in the worst possible area you could imagine with lots of shady people around and narrow alleys. I have nothing good to say about this hotel. Do not stay in this hotel. "
