"The hotel was great however the front desk staff is lacking in customer service . There was a shortage of parking and we parked along the side with many other vehicles . The front desk clerk decided to call us relentlessly at 1am to move the car . We weren’t blocking anything he was asked if the others were also called he said “no” they are wrong but you are “wronger …” the manager did agree it was wrong but did not offer any compensation for waking us at 1 am when we had an early flight to catch ! Needless to say we had little sleep . I had to call in and ask again which they finally obliged and took 60.00 off the bill for us which we are grateful for."
