"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming. While we had a car, the hotel is only about a 15–20 minute walk from Sarandë’s center, which was convenient. The only area I think could be improved is the breakfast quality.
