"Actually stayed across road at the hallmark hotel"

"Comfortable and spotlessly clean, lovely staff and free beverages. Plenty of parking. Bright and cheery rooms. Can’t fault it "

"The hotel is close to Derby Train Station and it’s an easy walk into Derby City Centre as well. Only downside was the lift was out off order and it was my wife staying and she has health problems which made it a bit hard fir her to get to her room but apart from that she said she will use the Hitel again. "

"Excellent stay. The only suggestion I would make is there needs to be dog waste bins outside, especially with it being a dog friendly hotel. Otherwise, everything was brilliant. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. Will definitely be staying again. "
