The staff were exceptional. The club lounge was definitely worthwhile with afternoon tea and evening happy hour. The room was spacious, and very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful with cabanas and a spacious pool itself. Will absolutely stay here again!

The rooms were small, bathrooms slippery, water supplied unclean. Food in Restaurant was stale. Felt overcrowded in lobby, Restaurant. Entry and departure staff were professional and friendly.

Everything was great but a staff member that was not transparent about the price of breakfast. Got charged way more than what I was told, and it was not a breakfast worth that much either which made it worse.
